I didn't set out to build software.

I was simply trying to become a better landlord.

Like most property owners, I found myself juggling leases, receipts, maintenance requests, utility accounts, rent payments, tax documents, and a growing list of spreadsheets that never seemed to stay organized. Every new property added another layer of complexity.

Managing rentals had quietly become a second full-time job.

I knew there had to be a better way.

So I built the platform I wished I'd had from the beginning—one place where everything works together. Documents stay organized, payments happen securely, expenses are tracked automatically, vendors are easy to find, tenants can handle routine tasks themselves, and tax season becomes a few clicks instead of an exhausting weekend.

Today, Verde helps landlords spend less time managing properties and more time enjoying the freedom those properties were meant to create.
