Support for Verde Homes customers and users.

Email support@verde-homes.com for Verde Homes assistance. This is the approved public intake address for account, billing, privacy, security, abuse, payment, and product questions; requests are categorized and escalated internally. No public response-time guarantee is currently offered.

Email Support

Account Access

For login, password reset, owner access, tenant invitations, property-manager invitations, or suspected unauthorized access, include the affected account email and the page involved. Never send a password.

Billing and Payments

For subscription Checkout, Stripe Connect, tenant payments, pending ACH, duplicate payments, disputes, or payment history, include the property, transaction date, amount, and a non-sensitive Stripe reference if available. Do not email bank or card details.

Product Support

For documents, vendors, maintenance, expenses, reports, or property onboarding, include the route, expected result, observed result, and a screenshot with personal or payment information removed.

Exports

Owners can immediately download an available ZIP export from Settings. The export contains supported portfolio records and available private document files; external provider records and unavailable files are not included.

Account Closure

Eligible owners can schedule account deletion after a 30-day read-only grace period and can cancel the schedule before permanent processing begins. Permanent deletion processing is not currently active. Scheduling a deletion does not itself permanently delete database, Storage, Auth, or Stripe records.

Security, Privacy, and Abuse

Report suspected security or privacy issues through the support address with a clear subject line. Do not include passwords, raw payment credentials, government identification, or unnecessary tenant information.
