Verde is not a national form publisher. Owners must use the lease, notice, inspection, disclosure, deposit, and other forms required for each property location.
Deposit and escrow records can be organized separately from rent, but Verde does not determine the legally required account structure, handling method, interest treatment, or notice obligations for a jurisdiction.
Stripe hosts payment credentials, connected-account onboarding, and payment-method collection. Verde's current responsibility is to use Stripe-hosted flows and avoid collecting raw card, bank, KYC, or tax-identity information through custom forms.
Schedule E-style exports, annual rent summaries, vendor totals, and payment reports are organizational records. Customers should obtain qualified tax and accounting advice before relying on a tax treatment.
AI-assisted maintenance and spreadsheet mapping may reduce manual work when enabled. Customers must review outputs before operational use. Provider, privacy, and jurisdiction applicability remain subject to formal review.
Verde maintains role, organization, consent, payment, webhook, export, and lifecycle records supporting operational review. The existence of an audit record does not itself establish legal compliance.
GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, other state privacy laws, COPPA, E-SIGN, housing-data, and screening requirements remain undetermined until qualified reviewers document applicability.
