Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Payment processing fees, card fees, ACH fees, and Stripe fees are separate from Verde subscription charges unless expressly stated.

Verde Homes helps landlords organize rental operations. The platform is not a law firm, CPA firm, bank, or property management brokerage. Landlords remain responsible for the decisions they make, the local forms they use, and the legal requirements that apply to their properties.

Landlord Responsibility
Landlords are responsible for using the correct lease, notice, inspection, screening, and disclosure forms for each property location.
No Professional Advice
Tax reports, rent summaries, screening workflow tools, and lease records are operational tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Acceptable Use
Users may not upload unlawful content, misuse tenant data, attempt to access another organization, or use Verde to bypass housing, privacy, payment, or screening rules.
