Do I lose features on the free account?+

No. Every Verde feature is included with both the free account and the Verde Membership. The only difference is the number of rental properties you manage.

Membership and payment information

Your first rental is free. When you manage two or more rental properties, Verde is $19/month. There are no setup fees, long-term contracts, confusing pricing tiers, or hidden software fees.

Tenant rent-payment processing is separate from the Verde Membership. Any applicable payment-processing fee is clearly disclosed before a payment is made.

Membership cancellation takes effect immediately without proration or an automatic refund. Contact support for billing questions.
